Even more so when we talk about pharmaceutical packaging since it is such a necessary product. In this sector, the first problem is detected: if the packaging is designed so that the needs of the greatest number of people are covered, what happens to people who differ from what is stipulated as common?
The concept of inclusion is increasingly present today. The main pillar of inclusion is the recognition that all people have different abilities from others and that their needs require different or diverse responses to enable them to participate in social life on equal terms. This need has been transferred to packaging, i.e., it must not only be attractive and innovative, but also accessible in a safe, convenient and satisfying way. Companies have shifted their focus to getting to know the consumer better and trying to make life a little easier for them.
