New consumer habits, so different from those of just 15 years ago, have led brands to seek new formulas, proposals and formats to capture an increasingly segmented consumer, with less time and more daring to experiment. Verdifresh, a company specialized in the preparation of ready-to-eat salads and vegetables, was one of the first to realize this and today is, without a doubt, one of the benchmarks in this sector.

INFOPACK: What is Verdifresh today?

HÉCTOR BERMEJO: Verdifresh is a company specialized in the preparation of ready-to-eat salads and vegetables and is part of Foodiverse, the new corporate identity of Grupo Alimentario Citrus (GAC).

We are an international group specialized in healthy food with operations in four countries (Spain, Germany, Switzerland and Italy) and made up of companies in the field of agricultural production - such as Agromediterránea and Espace-; ready-to-eat salads and vegetables - with Mesturados Canarios, Müller, Thurländer and Novanatura-; and child and family nutrition - with Alnut.
